Information for Prospective Tutors
Prospective tutors should contact specific departments for courses they would like to tutor.
Academic Department Tutoring
All departments provide their own tutoring. Please see the list of department contacts below.
Math Tutoring
Students registered with Learning services only may apply directly with the Tutoring Center. If you are interested in tutoring these students, contact the Tutoring Center at 717-871-7222.
Other prospective tutors for Math should go the Math Assistance Center (MAC).
Individual Tutoring
Tutors may apply for to be an individual tutor by contacting departments directly.
Individual tutoring may occur based on department guidelines.

Drop-In Group tutoring
Drop-in group tutoring provides an excellent study environment that allows students to learn from each other with the guidance of a tutor. A typical tutoring session is scheduled at a recurring weekly time and is open to all, without an appointment. Unlike individual tutoring, group tutoring is not limited to a specific course, but has a variety of different courses being tutored.
Drop-in group tutoring occurs based on tutor availability and may become available based on student requests.

Summer Tutoring
