Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Ed.D.)

Neuville_TeachingMillersville University has an Educational Leadership doctoral program in partnership with Shippensburg University. Program completers who qualify will be eligible for the PA Superintendent's Letter of Eligibility.

Guided by the two program themes (poverty and digital learning), the Educational Foundations department seeks to develop school and district level leaders who are committed to democratic education and social justice.

Current Interest

Candidates who already have an undergraduate degree may pursue our regular post-baccalaureate program to obtain certification in foreign languages (French, German & Spanish), Social Studies, Science and Math.
