About the Exhibition ...

This exhibition encompasses the artist’s journey and struggles with their own mental health and how creation and self-compassion have been the antidote. From personal experiences with trauma, perfectionism, ADHD, and bipolar disorder to allowing oneself to let go and embrace kindness for one’s own spirit, this show is an homage to creation for the sake of healing. [Not] My Finest Work includes various media from sculpture, printmaking, painting and photography which reflect the artist’s ambition to expand their creativity to various disciplines in order to make the most of their healing.
