View Clearance 'Dates of Issue' in MAX Account

What documents do you have on file with Field Services?  Follow the instructions below to find out.

After your clearance documents are reviewed, Field Services records the 'Dates of Issue' of the clearance documents you submit.  You can view this information at any time in your MAX account.

It is important to make sure that the information recorded matches your most recent clearance documents!

Instructions
  1. Login to your MAX account.
  2. Navigate to your 'Student Profile' page.
    • Select the 'Prior Education and Testing' page.  The 'Dates of Issue' are located on the 'Student Profile' page under 'Prior Education and Testing' in the new MAX.
    • Clearance documents on file with Field Services are listed under the 'Testing' area. 
      • Note - clearance documents with the 'Dates of Issue' are not the only items listed in the 'Testing' area.
      • Clearance documents on file with Field Services are designated with a 'FS - (document name)' at the beginning of the line entry.
      • Scroll through the listing to find the clearance documents on file, or sort the list alphabetically and locate those entries beginning with 'FS'
      • Follow each entry to the date column.  The date listed is the 'Date of Issue' for that document on file.
  3. Compare the 'Dates of Issue' with the current requirements on the Clearance webpage to determine if your documents are considered valid.
    • Make sure all required documents are listed! 
    • Only documents on file with Field Services will be listed.  Documents not on file will not be listed.

  • Field Services will communicate through your MU email account if there is a question or concern regarding the documents submitted.
  • Keep copies of your clearance documents in a safe place and available for easy reference.  You may be required to take your documents with you to your field placement.
