Dr. Titina Brown

Dr. Titina Brown is the Program Director for Itinerant Services for Lancaster-Lebanon IU13. Previously, she worked as the Supervisor of Psychological Services and as a Psychologist for the IU13. She is a certified school psychologist who completed her doctoral training and received a certificate in cognitive behavioral therapy from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Brown is also a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients and has experience in adult mental health and drug and alcohol counseling. She has served as President and Past President of the Association of School Psychologists of Pennsylvania.
