Dr. Mortenson has worked as a school psychologist for 33 years. He earned a Masters and Specialist degree from Gallaudet University and a second Masters and Doctorate from Louisiana State University. For 21 years, Dr. Mortenson served as a tenured Associate Professor, teaching graduate-level school psychology courses at Towson University. For the last ten years he has also served as an adjunct professor with the Millersville University Department of Psychology.
Currently Dr. Mortenson works in the School District of the City of York as a school psychologist within a K-8 school.
