Parking office opens at 8 am Monday through Friday. If you need a day parking pass before (or after) office hours, please call 717-871-4357 and ask for an officer to issue you a day pass. You must be at the University Police station (Lebanon House) when you call so an officer can issue this day pass for you.

STUDENT PARKING REGISTRATION FOR 2018/2019
Parking registration for Winter Session and Spring 2019 will begin December 10th, 2018. (If you currently have a Fall 2018 or purchase a Spring 2019 permit, it will be valid for Winter session). Permit registration can be submitted online through your MyVille account. Log in through My Ville, click on MAX, then Student Services, at the bottom of the Students Services is the parking request portal.
Students residing in the dorms - Permits are sold out and will not be available for spring 2019. We do have overflow permits available. Please stop by the parking office in the Lebanon house for more information.
Permits take 24 hours to process. Please have your Millersville ID card with you when you pick up your permit. If you do not have your Millersville ID, please visit the ID office in Boyer building to pick up your ID.
To make things easier, you can apply online anytime after July 9th, 2018 and pick up when you arrive for classes in the Fall. No need to make a special trip out just for your parking permit.

Parking permits for students:
Millersville uses a parking decal (sticker). Parking decal must be placed on the outside, lower driver side corner of the rear window of your vehicle. Once applied, please do not attempt to remove or the decal will become invalid. You will receive one parking sticker permit per registration. If you need to drive an alternate vehicle to campus you can obtain a day pass by stopping by the parking office in the Lebanon house.
An additional permit can be purchased for a secondary vehicle for an additional $15 (Commuters only). You must drive this secondary vehicle to campus and provide the vehicle registration at the time of purchase. You cannot register for another student or friends vehicle, must be a family vehicle where we can verify ownership. Resident (dorm) students:
Permits are sold on a first come, first served basis. Permits for the residential areas are limited and do sell out. Please do not wait to apply, if we are sold out we will recommend that you purchase an overflow/restricted permit.
Open parking on Millersville Campus – no permit required:
You are permitted to park on Millersville Campus without displaying a parking permit after 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Parking permits are only required to be displayed during weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Non-student guests may obtain a guest parking permit during the week day hours at the parking office in Lebanon House at 237 N. George St. Millersville, PA. During these times you must have a valid MU parking permit to park on campus. Weekend hours are also open on our campus. Weekend hours are from 4:00 p.m. Friday and ends at 7:00 a.m. the following Monday.
Please note that all vehicles using the Pucillo Garage parking lot AND adjacent lot between the Pucillo Garage and Pucillo Drive must display a permit or guest permit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, again guest permits may be obtained from the parking office in the Lebanon house or for events may be presented on site.
PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS FOR PROCESSING PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING TO PICK UP YOUR PARKING PERMIT AT THE PARKING OFFICE (LEBANON HOUSE). IF YOU APPLIED DURING THE WEEKEND (SAT. OR SUN.) PLEASE ALLOW AN EXTRA DAY. PLEASE HAVE YOUR MILLERSVILLE ID CARD WITH YOU WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR PARKING PERMIT.
E-CHECK PAYMENTS TAKE UP TO 3 DAYS TO PROCESS THROUGH OUR PERMIT PORTAL. PLEASE BE PATIENT.
If your student status changes from a commuter student to a resident (dorm) student (or vice versa), you must make sure the registration office has your correct information/status. If they do not have this correct information you may not see the correct permits available to purchase.
PARKING OFFICE DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS OR CASH TO PAY FOR PARKING PERMITS OR PARKING TICKETS, YOU MUST USE THE ONLINE PERMIT OR TICKET PAYMENT PORTAL IF YOU WANT TO USE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. YOU CAN PAY YOUR TICKET(S) WITH A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER OR YOUR MARAUDER CARD (STUDENT ID) IN OUR PARKING OFFICE. MAKE CHECKS OR MONEY ORDER PAYABLE TO MILLERSVILLE UNIVERSITY.
Parking ticket payments can also be made online through our Parking Ticket Payment Portal. Please have your ticket number(s) and vehicle license plate number available before you attempt to pay any parking tickets online.
