Direct Deposit of Net Pay

Employees are required to have their net pay directly deposited to the financial institution of their choice. Directly deposited monies are wired to financial institutions on a regular biweekly schedule that allows the individual financial institutions ample time to deposit the monies to the appropriate account(s) and monies are available on the morning of the pay day. 

Employees who elect to have their net pay divided among multiple accounts at the same financial institution, (checking, savings, Christmas Club, etc.), must make arrangements with the financial institution for account distribution. To apply for direct deposit, you must complete the Direct Deposit Authorization form , attach a voided check to verify routing and account information, and return the form to the Payroll Office.
