Dr. Robert J. Bookmiller is the Director of International Studies and an Associate Professor of Government and Political Affairs at Millersville University, where he teaches courses in comparative political systems. He has published works in the area of comparative foreign policy and human security issues. Dr. Bookmiller's most recent publication is a co-authored article (with Kirsten Nakjavani Bookmiller) "Donor countries as aid recipients: the USA, New Zealand and the lessons of Hurricane Katrina" in the International Journal of Emergency Management.
