  • How much will the MU Advantage tuition rate save me?

    Undergraduate - The tuition cost for a full-time, undergraduate, out-of-state student at Millersville University in the 25-26 academic year was $19,986. MU Advantage recipients will pay $13,680 for a savings of $6,306 per year.

    Graduate – The tuition cost for a part-time, graduate, out-of-state student at Millersville University in the 25-26 academic year was $9,612. MU Advantage recipients will pay $7,500 for a savings of $2,112 per year.*

    It is important to note the MU Advantage tuition rate apply only to tuition costs. Mandatory fees and program fees are not reduced by this award.

    • Students registered between .05 and 11.5 credits will be billed at the per-credit rate. Students registered for more than 18 credits will be billed the per-credit rate for each additional credit. Full details available at millersville.edu/osa

  • Who is eligible for the MU Advantage tuition rate?

    To be eligible for the MU Advantage tuition rate, you must reside outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and be admitted to Millersville University as a degree-seeking student entering Fall 2026 or later. This includes full and part-time traditional graduate and undergraduate students, transfer students, fully online degree programs and international students.

  • How do I apply for the MU Advantage tuition rate?

    There is no application process for the MU Advantage tuition rate. If you live outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, you automatically qualify for the reduced tuition rate upon admission to Millersville University.
