MON AUG 31 Last day to drop or add a course online (by 11:59 pm)
MON AUG 31 Last day to submit a request to take a course on a pass/fail or audit basis (requests must be in the Registrar's Office by 4:30pm)

W grade period begins. 

If course starts or ends outside of the regular Fall 2020 term (8/24-12/13), the withdrawal deadline will differ.  Please contact the Registrar’s Office for more information.

Deadline to submit an Academic Program Change Request (major/minor add/drop) in time for Spring 2021 advisement.

Any changes in major or minor submitted to the Registrar's office after this date will be processed effective the next major term (Fall or Spring) unless the student is graduating this term.

NEW ONLINE GRADUATION APPLICATION available to bachelor's degree candidates for Fall 2020 and Winter 2021.

THU OCT 15 Applications for the master's degree (graduation) must be filed with Graduate Studies & Adult Learning.
MON OCT 26 Graduation Application deadline for Undergraduate students for Fall 2020 or Winter 2021 bachelor's degree (applications must be submitted online by 11:59 pm)
FRI OCT 30 Last day to withdraw from a course & receive a W grade (withdrawal form must be submitted online by 11:59 pm)
TUE NOV 3 Graduate degree-seeking registration for Spring 2021 term
WED NOV 4 Graduate non-degree seeking registration for Spring 2021 term

(new)		 Undergraduate students may complete electronic request for Fall 2020 courses to be translated to pass/fail option. Please do not email the registrar's office requesting pass/fail option. Only requests submitted via the official form will be accepted. The form must be submitted/finalized by 5 pm Thursday, December 24 or grade mode and earned grade will remain. See updated policy from Academic Affairs 12/2 for full details.

Fall 2020 grades are available to students via MAX (Term Grades and Transcripts) after 4:30pm.

Degree Audit (GPA/repeats) will be updated per fall grades.
NOTE:

Per Provost's email 12/15/2020, Our policy on academic dismissals will be suspended for the Fall semester. Students whose academic standing is in jeopardy will be allowed to continue on probation through the conclusion of the Spring 2021 semester. Notifications will be mailed and emailed in January after grades have been processed.
