Families are often confused by the cost of attendance (COA) versus the amount they will be billed by Millersville. The COA is comprised of both direct costs and possible indirect costs—it is not what you will owe!
- Your direct charges are what you will owe directly to Millersville.
- Your indirect expenses are costs you may incur.
The COA allows room for you to receive aid and/or borrow loan funds for other educational expenses not directly charged by Millersville. The COA is also used as budget to determine the maximum amount of financial aid a student can receive for that academic year.
