We do not mail paper grade reports except by special request. Please access your spring 2026 term grades through your student MAX account after May 15, 2026 at 4:30 pm.

Audits and Transcripts During Grades Processing
Spring 2026 Grades Processing will be underway May 5-15, 2026
We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting the Registrar’s Office during the grading period regarding submitted grades, repeat courses, GPA, total earned credits, or academic standing, as these items may not yet be fully processed—even if term grades appear on your degree audit
Grades are due from faculty by noon on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
While grades may appear during the grading period as they are periodically processed, your grades, GPA, credit totals, repeated courses and academic standing will not be finalized until the end of grades processing at 4:30 pm on Friday, May 15, 2026. Audits and transcripts may not be fully accurate until after that time.
If you receive an academic standing letter/email, it will include the details and information about sanctions and options for appeal. We cannot accept appeals until after grades processing is complete.
For May degree applicants, degrees will begin to be reviewed and awarded beginning the week of May 18, 2026. You will receive an email and text notification when your diploma has been issued.
Transcript Requests
Transcripts are processed immediately when requested, so if you request prior to 4:30 pm on Friday, May 15, 2026 spring grades/GPA may not be reflected. Please verify your grades and GPA are updated on your degree audit or unofficial transcript in...
