We do not mail paper grade reports except by special request. Please access your grades through your student MAX account after May 12, 2023 at 4:30 pm.
Grades Processing Notice
Audits and Transcripts During Grades Processing
Spring 2023 Grades Processing will be underway May 2, 2023-May 12, 2023.
Please do not contact the registrar’s office during the grading period regarding a grade that your instructor has submitted, repeat courses, your GPA or total earned credits, as they have not been fully processed yet even if you do see a grade on your degree audit.
Grades are due from faculty by midnight on May 10, 2023.
While grades may appear during the grading period as they are periodically processed, your grades, GPA and any repeated courses will not be finalized until the end of grades processing at 4:30 pm on Friday, May 12, 2023.
Please do not contact the registrar's office with discrepancies about grades, credit totals or GPA until AFTER final grades processing has been completed.
Transcript Requests
Indicate on official requests if transcripts should be held for final grades. They will be sent by Monday, May 15, 2023. If you do not indicate to hold, the transcript will be sent immediately & spring grades/GPA may not be reflected.
