We do not mail paper grade reports except by special request. Please access your grades through your student MAX account after May 10, 2024 at 4:30 pm.
Grades Processing Notice
Audits and Transcripts During Grades Processing
Spring 2024 Grades Processing will be underway May 1-May 10, 2024.
Please do not contact the registrar’s office during the grading period regarding a grade that your instructor has submitted, repeat courses, your GPA or total earned credits, as they have not been fully processed yet even if you do see a grade on your degree audit.
Grades are due from faculty by midnight on Wednesday, May 8, 2024.
While grades may appear during the grading period as they are periodically processed, your grades, GPA and any repeated courses will not be finalized until the end of grades processing at 4:30 pm on Friday, May 10, 2024.
Please do not contact the registrar's office with discrepancies about grades, credit totals or GPA until AFTER final grades processing has been completed.
Transcript Requests
Transcripts are sent immediately when requested, so if you request prior to 4:30 pm on Friday, May 10. 2024 fall grades/GPA may not be reflected. Please verify your grades and GPA are updated on your degree audit or unofficial transcript in MAX...
