On-Demand Statements can be generated on SAM for current and past terms. Statements include charges, payments, and whether an amount is currently or past due.

Students log in through www.millersville.edu/sam, authorized third parties use www.millersville.edu/pay. Under My Account, click on Statements, choose your term, and Submit. The lower right corner offers you an option to Close or Print. Choosing the Print option and using Print to PDF will allow you save the document if that is your preference.
