The process to apply TAP OR 529 PLAN payments to your semester bill, contact the institution that holds your account and request that funds are sent to Millersville at OSA, PO Box 1002, Millersville, PA 17551. Checks can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, so also email the Office of Student Accounts (OSA) a copy of the confirmation of your request you received from your TAP OR 529 PLAN. The confirmation should include the amount requested to be sent and the email should include your M#; it can be sent to osa@millersville.edu. We will defer the authorized amount for the semester until it is received from the Pennsylvania Tuition Account Program Bureau or other financial institution.
