Summer Housing

The Summer Housing 2026 application is available starting April 1, 2026. To submit an application, please log into your MyHousing Account and enter the Applications tab. You will then need to complete the Summer Housing Application. Please check your MyHousing Account for your room assignment. 

Summer housing placements will be located in South Village D (SVD). Those students living in Bard Hall, East Village, Shenks Hall, and West Village during the spring 2026 semester will need to move to South Village D for the summer sessions. 

Students must be registered for, enrolled in, and attending summer classes during the specific session(s) for which they are requesting summer housing.

The cost for staying the entire summer term is $2,251.50. For students staying the entire summer:

• Check-in will occur from 3pm - 9pm on Sunday, May 10, 2026.
• Check-out will occur no later than 10pm on Friday, August 14, 2026. 

Students can also sign up to stay for a set of group of dates that correspond with the summer classes:

• Students staying from 5/10/2026 - 6/5/2026 will be charged $639.90. Check-in will occur on May 10, 2026, and check-out will occur no later than 10 pm on Friday, June 5, 2026.
• Students staying from 6/8/26 - 7/10/26 will be charged $805.80. Check-in will occur on Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 3 - 9pm and check-out will occur no later than 10pm on Friday, July 10, 2026.
• Students staying from 7/13/26 - 8/14/26 will be charged $805.80. Check-in will occur on Sunday, July 12, 2026, from 3 - 9pm and check-out will occur no later than 10pm on Friday, August 14, 2026.
