Housing Instructions for Incoming Students

All Millersville University full-time undergraduate students may reside in on-campus housing through to the completion of their degree. Please note: Millersville requires that students who have not completed the established minimum credit hours are required to live on-campus for the full term of their housing agreement. Please visit University Residency Requirement for details.

Housing Agreement is now open

The Housing Agreement for 2022-2023 opened on March 1, 2022. Please complete your agreement today through your myHousing portal (Max>>Student Services>>Housing & Dining>>MyHousing) in your MAX account.

Housing assignments* and roommate information will be available in your myHousing portal (Max>>Student Services>>Housing & Dining>>MyHousing) in your MAX account on July 15, 2022.

  • STEP 1: PAY YOUR CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT

    Confirm your enrollment at Millersville University by paying your $350 confirmation deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and applied to your tuition bill.

  • STEP 2: COMPLETE YOUR HOUSING APPLICATION

    Login to your MyHousing portal (Max>>Student Services>>Housing & Dining>>MyHousing) to review and sign off on your Housing Agreement.

  • STEP 3: ROOMMATE SELECTION (optional)

    Login to your MyHousing portal (Max>>Student Services>>Housing & Dining>>MyHousing) to request a roommate through Roommate Selection. Please note: In order to match with a roommate, all parties must request each other.

    Housing assignments are released in mid-July.
