The New Student Housing Application for 2026-2027 will open on February 16, 2026. Please complete your application today through your myHousing Account (Myville>MAX>MyHousing)
Housing Instructions for Incoming Students
All Millersville University undergraduate students may reside in on-campus housing through to the completion of their degree. Please note: Millersville requires that students who have not completed the established minimum credit hours are required to live on-campus for the full term of their housing agreement. Please visit University Residency Requirement for details.
Housing Assignments are available July 23, 2026
Housing assignments* and roommate information will be available in your MyHousing portal (MyVille>Max>MyHousing) in your MAX account on July 23, 2026.
*New/Transfer students that complete the New Student Housing Application by March 15, 2026 will be eligible to select their rooms. Students will receive more information in May about this process if eligible.
Students not eligible will be assigned a room by the University Housing and Conference Services office

STEP 1: COMPLETE YOUR HOUSING APPLICATION
Login to your MyHousing portal (MyVille>Max>MyHousing) and complete the new student housing application for 2026-2027.

STEP 2: ROOMMATE SELECTION (optional)
Login to your MyHousing portal to request a roommate through Roommate Selection. Please note: In order to match with a roommate, all parties must request each other.
Please make sure to make your roommate requests prior to June 5, 2026 as that is when our office starts making new student assignments. While we try to honor roommate requests, we can not guareentee roommates or room types.
