Dr. Erica Devery is a Licensed Social Worker through the State of Pennsylvania and holds a Master’s Degree from Marywood University, with a specialization in behavioral health. She received her Doctoral degree from Millersville University on May 2025. Her dissertation was, "Exploring Posttraumatic Growth and Narratives through a Group Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy Intervention. Dr. Erica Devery is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist Trainer (CBIST) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She is the Executive Direct at Acadia NeuroRehab, A Division of Success Rehabilitation, Inc. She is responsible for overseeing the entire post-acute brain injury rehabilitation program, ensuring that client programming needs are met both from a residential and outpatient rehabilitation perspective. She has been with Success Rehabilitation since May 2005. She takes a person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and strength’s-based approach with clients to maximize the individual’s quality of life. Dr. Erica Devery has done various presentations at BIADE, BIAMD, BIAPA, and CEU webinar for Medlogix, to name a few. Her research interests include Brain Injury & Neurological Functioning, Quality of Life with Individuals with a Disability, Long-Term Neurorehabilitation and Outcome Measures.
