The Elsie S. Shenk Center for Health Education and Promotion provides lifestyle education programs, hosts awareness events, and information tables, and provides educational resources to students on a wide collection of topics including alcohol and other drugs, body image, dating violence, domestic violence, healthy relationships, safer sex, sexual assault, stalking, and stress.

Title IX & Sexual Misconduct Resources
The Title IV Office can assist with resources such as information on counseling, health services, or related resources, and their staff can provide warm referrals to both on- and off-campus providers. Their staff is also able to assist you in the event that you need a change in your on-campus arrangement, a No-Contact Order with another Millersville affiliate, or other accommodations related to your Title IX concern. In addition, if you want to file a formal complaint with the University, MUPD, or another Police department, the Title IX office can walk you through the options available and connect you to appropriate offices.
